Uom not determined for the statistical qty, in GTS Customs Declaration.

Hi,

For error Msg-UOM not determined for the statistical qty, what are the settings that should be looked at in GTS, to fix the issue?

Hi Shilpa,

Nothing special - just make sure that you have a conversion from Base UoM to Supplementary (Statistical) UoM entered in the Product Master record.

Thanks your reply.

We checked at the product master, the Supplementary Units of UOM is maintained and also checked at the configuration level, the internal & External UOM is maintained, but still its giving and error : UOM not determined for the statistical qty.

Am i missing anything
