Unknown parent relationship between CONTROL and it's parent - cannot view MC change log.

Hi Experts,

I am able to create Mitigation Control successfully but when i went in to Reports and Analytics ->Change Audit log. I cannot see any change logs for the Mit Control i created. I see the below error in SLG1

"Unknown parent relationship between CONTROL and it's parent" please help.

Hi Sri,

What's the SP level? I know its a old note, check if its applicable to your system

2273004 - SLG1 log error during organization sign-off (Error:Unknown parent relationship between SIGNOFF and it's parent)

2166672 - Sign-Off Task not triggered to Parent Organization

Hi Sri,

Please share the mitigating control screenshot you have created. Check the Organization you have assigned also if it is correctly assigned.
