Unequal Real Estate Contract Installments

Dears,

My Customer have a special requirment where he need to divide a condition into 3 installements

the condition for 1000

1- the first 2 installements are equal to 100

2- the third installement equal to 800

so how can this be done on a real estate contract

Hi,

Please firstly post the cash flow amount 1000 with t-cd: RERAPP.

Then goto t-cd: RECN, under the tab Overview, select the tenant account view,

here you can do installment by click the installement button.

please check below example for your reference(note my example with total amount = 3000
