Unable to view the data in the Input template after successful saving

Dear SAP Gurus,

We have created a input template and are able to save the data  successfully.But after saving the same in the template and refreshing, the template is not showing the saved data.  The same is  visible the backend i.e, BW and are able to see the same in the Cube.

Kindly suggest and help us the same.

I have unchecked the freeze data refresh and now able to see the data in the report.
