Unable to Upload Commodity code via XML file.

Dear Experts,

When i try to upload the XML file from data provider to update the commodity codes, i get the "Consistency error: Two overlapping instances exist for number XXXXX".

I have also run the /SAPSLL/CTS_WN_REPAIR program to remove the duplicate entries in the system, yet i get this error while uploading the XML files.

Does anyone know this occurs and how to resolve this?

Hi,
Do you have the latest SAP Notes for this in the system?
If yes:
It can be, that you have not uploaded the content every year. I saw this in development systems.
There is a workaround written in SAP Note 3195067 - Improvement to XML upload of foreign trade classification numbers: Deactivatable consistency check and application log in simulation mode
