Unable to see transaction data in the report EMP or BPC 10.1 portal

Hi,

I have 2 models with both master data and transition data. One is a delivered and the other one is what I have created, loaded both master data and transaction data.

I tried to create a new report. I added all the dimensions which have associated transition data in the cube , and refreshed the report, but I'm still unable to see the data in the report. This is the same behavior when I use EPM excel or when I try to create a report from the portal. I'm also selecting the base members. Is there any configurations that I'm missing ? Can someone help me pls?

Sorry, but without screenshots it's not possible to help you...

There is no magic - if you have data in the cube you will see it in the report!

2 possible reasons:

1. Incorrect selection in report!

2. Incorrect cube selected in BW!

Well , you were right, sometimes just giving possible causes can help. Yes, you were right , the issue was data selection for the dimension that was not even in the report. It got selected automatically as it was the first one in the dimension, but it did not have assigned data in the cube. That was the issue - Thanks for the hint!

Please show detailed report screenshot, with clear view of members used.
