Unable to see BPC-BPF instances after Process template changes

Hello Experts ,

We had an issue , we are unable to create BPF and not able to see previous BPF as well  in BPC 10.1. so far it is working but we made changes in process template from that day on words we are unable to create new Process instance and we are facing issue like  "retrieving the instance list failed .. see details and it's Dump in BW system like HTTP:/ 500 SAP Internal server Error  and  "ZERO object reference is not possible".

Please find the attachment for reference and error details ..

Could any one help me on the error what needs to be a solution.
