Unable to replicate billing data from Subscription Billing to SAP S/4 HANA (On-premise)

Hi,

We are unable to replicate Bills created in Subscription Billing tenant to S4 system. Although Billing number is generated in Subscription Billing tenant. Architecture has Subscription Billing tenant connected to S4 system.

We are able to replicate master data from S4 system to Subscription Billing tenant.

Please find attached CPI logs/Payload which states that Order type EO01 is not defined

Not sure we need to do any configuration on S4 Side.

Hi,

Currently, the iFlow is based on the S/4 Best Practice configuration:

https://rapid.sap.com/bp/#/browse/scopeitemversions/1MC/S4HANA/1909/US

So you need to have it. Otherwise, you need to change the iflow mapping not to use the Order type EO01 or item type ED01.

I tried to create EBDR manually as it is mention in above link but getting the below error. Could you please guide me what changes i have to do in IFlow mapping if not to use Order type EO01 and item type ED01.

Hi Pintu,

We're going to publish a new version that allows users to maintain their own type & category instead of using EO01 and ED01 directly.

But if you are in a hurry, you can follow the attached to modify the iFlow to your own types.
