unable to record data package

Hello,

we can not save the data after modification.

we use web application HTML5

Please help me on this matter

Hello Marc,

I assure you that the permissions are well configured.

When i checked the ctserver log yesterday, i found the error bellow:

< ERROR system.database - Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.ct_object_lock' with unique index 'ct_obj_lck_uni_idx'. The duplicate key value is (-523685, 2147468315).
ERROR system.database.command.dml - Failed to run database query: 'INSERT INTO ct_object_lock ("manager_id", "object_id", "locking_mode", "locking_date", "process_id", "session_certificate") VALUES (?, ?, ?,?, ?, ?)'.
ERROR data.concurrency - The object '2147468315' of type 'PRECONSENTRY' has already been locked by user KARNAO. >

I tried to apply the SAP Note "1850518 - Cannot save a schedule - FC" but the problem is still there.

after that, i didn't find the same error, there is errors like " error in data engine", "ERROR dataengine.lifecycle - Trying to use a data engine that has been released", "PackSession - CCtPackSession - failed to unlock data !"
