Unable to process the dimension in BPC NW 10.0

Hi ,

When I tried to add the Hierarchy in Account dimension it took long time to save so I stopped the action in the middle. Then when I tried to open the dimension  I cannot able to open the dimension it is showing the message as " Failed to retrieve master data from dimension account". But still I can see the newly added Hierarchy in the dimension .I can view the data in hierarchy not in list.

I checked the dimension status it active and I refreshed it through UJA_REFRESH_ DIM_CACHE" It is showing me this message " OBJECT ACCOUNT IN ENVIRONMENT (XXX) IS BEING EDITED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" and I tried it in this t code also SMICM it is also not working.

I also tried by editing the structure and saving it, but still I got the same error message as it is being edited please try again later.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

You can use RSH1 and remove problematic hierarchy and then add again form BPC.

Maybe this will help.

I checked it. That hierarchy is not there.

can you look at the table level: UJA_DIM_HIER2 in if there is an entry hierarchy, remove it.

Now I am facing another issue.

I cannot able to save hierarchy in dimension.

It shows this two messages

Unable to save

TABLE /CPMBXXX/ ALREADY EXISTS

Have you tried deleting the dimension?

Thank you and sorry that issue is resolved.

After killing the process in the backend. Then edited the structure and saved  the dimension processed.
