unable to open attachment in the invoice in PDF

Hi All,

We are use ECC 6.0

one of my team member while trying to open the attachment in the invoice it is displayed and disappear in 2 secs.

but when i tried i can open the attachment in the PDF. is it a role missing issue or and settings need to be changed ?  please help if you have gone through this type of issue before.

steps we followed to open attachment are below:

1. opened purchase order and click on invoice. now invoice opened.

2. go to systems and click on services for object and click on the icon that opens the attachment.

for me getting a pop up to open/save the attachment like below, but for my team member it is not coming.

please help.

Ask the user to display the last authorization checks (SU53). Alternatively, you may run the authorization trace (STAUTHTRACE).

Did you already check you SAP GUI security options and compare with other team members

This is access issue take help from security team.
