Unable to open attachment in the access request in GRC

Hi All,

GRC 10.1 SP level 0013

Unable to open attachment in the access request in GRC while approving the request.

Getting 404 error while selecting open option.While using from Existing Versions we are able to open.This issue is for all users.

Kindly suggest.
