Unable to login to EPM Excel via Web

Hi all

I've installed EPM Excel in my Microsoft Excel (version 2013), however, when I login to my BPC Web, under the Launch section, it still show as "Install EPM Add-in for Microsoft Office"... can anyone shed some light on this problem?

Which web browser you are using? Please try in Internet explorer.

Hi Deepak....

I tried Internet Explorer and it works...

I was using Firefox.... weird that it didn't work... it worked all the while but suddenly it didnt...
