Unable to delete mitigation assignment from GRC ARM request?

While approving the GRC request, in Risk Violation tab I can assign mitigation controls to risk using Mitigate Risk. Mitigation assignment gets saved successfully.

However, in cases where mitigation assignment is incorrectly maintained and saved, when I try to delete or change status to inactive and save and rerun risk analysis,still the mitigation assignment shows up in the request.

Please advise.

Hello,

Once risk is mitigated in Access request,the results are saved into risk analysis user tables

Please refer the below Notes and implement

1996151 - Risk mitigation done during access request approval is saved directly in ARA user mitigation tables

2111304 - Mitigation assignment is saved in ARA after access request rejection
