Unable to Copy data from ERP to BPC

I'm getting the following error while trying to Copy data from ERP to BPC using workbook '/ERP/SFIN_A09_WB01'.

Hi Vivek,

use transaction RSPLAN to check the characteristic relationships maintained on InfoProvider /ERP/SFIN_R01 (on the first 'tabl'). As far as I know these characteristic relationships are delivered by ERP, maybe some relations were not correctly installed from business content.
