Unable to configure SAP CC Catalog webservice for the 2023 version

Hello Folks

We've recently upgraded our S/4HANA and CC systems to 2023 version. While configuring the CC webservices, I'm facing following issue for the catalog webservice " CO_CRMS4_SOM_CC_V3_CATALOG_SER" 

"The WSDL document is not compatible with proxy class "CO_CRMS4_SOM_CC_V3_CATALOG_SER": "Unsupported Operation(s): mappingTableCreate"

As per the webservice note, the following note is mentioned.

This version removes the following operation:

Please help how to resolve above issue. This was not popped in my previous 2020 version.

Hi Anil,

For this web service to work, it seems that you need to regenerate the consumer proxy on SOM's side, but this is out of Convergent Charging's scope.
If not done yet, can you please open a support ticket on the SOM component (CRM-S4-SOM), or try to involve SOM specialists here?

Thanks @francois_thimon for your response.

I could able to regenerate the proxy class and I can able to configure the webservice.

But in cross catalog mapping, I am still unable to see the catalog items(Charge plans) are not available/replicated. to assign to the subscription product.

Is there any additional communication b/w S4SOM and CC needs to be established apart from the webservices?

Please advise.

Hi Anil,

SOM communicates with CC only over the SOAP WS API so, from CC's point of view, you have to configure only web service entry points.
To make sure that everything is properly set up on SOM's side, can you please involve a SOM expert?

In the meantime, you might also want to verify whether there are communication errors between SOM and CC.
You can do this either by checking the error logs in SOM, or by activating the WS debug traces in the CC updater.
If you observe any abnormal message there, feel free to let me (and/or the SOM experts) know.
