Unable to Clear Multiple Documents at Once in FB05

I’m facing an issue when clearing multiple documents at once using FB05.

When I select and clear each document pair individually, the clearing process works correctly. However, when I select multiple documents together, the system does not clear the entire amount. Instead, only a portion of the selected documents get cleared, leaving an unexpected balance.

I checked OB74 (Automatic Clearing Rules) to ensure relevant fields (e.g., ZUONR, GSBER, VBOUND, VERTN, VBEWA, UMSKZ) are consistent across documents. And no locked documents.

If there are any system restrictions preventing multiple documents from being cleared at once in FB05?

FB05 can clear multiple documents only if all matching criteria (like amount, assignment field, and clearing reason) are fully aligned; otherwise, it processes partial clearing or fails, even if OB74 settings seem correct.
