UK CHIEF inbound message I3100 mapping to Export decl activity

Hello

Exceptionally, decl with Customs status C1 (Entry amended) are placed in Outbound Endorsement Received OER (In process) activity; even though they never received a prior status 50 (Automated permission to progress) that most decl in this Activity have.

Conversely, Declaration with status 50 that mostly log under OER are sometimes received into Export Accepted (In process) activity.

Is this standard behaviour and if so, does anyone know pls where I can find what determines where a specific incoming I3100 message is logged under which activity?

I found function group /SAPSLL/CUHD_PPF_INTACT with coding for the statuses but could not find the link between the status and the activity determination, particularly when all the activities are eligible to receive I3100 message.
