UJF_FILE_SERVICE_DLT_DM_FILES not deleting logs

Hi,

We are on SAPKW73010,SAPK-80010INCPMBPC.

I have deleted entries older than 1 year with UJF_FILE_SERVICE_DLT_DM_FILES program.

But still there are entires in UJD_STATUS  table,UJFS,and logs are there in EPM DMP logs view.

I come across with  mass deletion document.

(Before go with this,want to understand UJF_FILE_SERVICE_DLT_DM_FILES program).

What is the functionality of UJF_FILE_SERVICE_DLT_DM_FILES program?From where it is deleting the entries?

With UJF_FILE_SERVICE_DLT_DM_FILES you can't delete log files

It's for deletion of data files uploaded for import...

Thanks a lot for the response.

UJF_FILE_SERVICE_CLEAN_LOGS is not available in our system.

We are on BPC10 (SP10).

This program available in BPC7.5 or BPC10-SP12?

You need to upgrade to SP12 minimum. And better to the latest - SP10 is VERY old!

P.S. SP15 will improve the functionality of UJF_FILE_SERVICE_CLEAN_LOGS
