UJBR didn't include the users

Hi

We did an upgrade from BPC 11.0 using transaction UJBR. Before the back we set the user as locked in the BPC 10.1. Hence the users appeared as "invalid user during Restore". How do we restore the security users only once we unlocked the users in BPC 10.1.Meaning unlocked users, backup users only and restore only users in BPC 11.0.

Regards,

Caroline

You have to create users before UJBR restore...

Hi Vadim,

We created the users before the UJBR in B/4, we only locked the users so they cannot process in BPC 10.1 after we did the back-up, for comparison between the old and new. But during the restore there was a warning message that the users are invalid. Initially I thought it might only be a few users. However when I checked the actual back-up file I noticed that the users doesn't exist on there.Did I missed something? Could it be because the users were locked in the Production that it didn't carry over with the backup? I followed the same process during UAT and it worked.

Caroline
