UAR Workflow has status Unknown in path and Stage

I have configured UAR workflow. However request are generated however at workflow they are showing following

Path Status - Unknown -- stage status - UNkown

I used standard delivered GRAC_DEFAULT_RESULT under GRAC_USERACCRVW_INITIATOR initiator rule and used standard agent GRAC_DEFAULT_STAGE and GRAC_UAR_REVIEWER as agent.

Hi Sanjay,

please use transaction GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD - MSMP Instance Runtime Monitor - and check the errors from the workflow instance. If you share print screens of the debug log that helps a lot, especially from the debugging log (Logs > Debug Logs).
