UAR requests not generated after running update UAR Workflow.

We have recently intergrated LDAP to our GRC system and maintained the same as Data source. We wanted to implement UAR with Manager review. Configured the required Parameters and completed the MSMP configuration with GRAC_DEFAULT PATH .

After scheduling the job for Generates data for access request UAR review for just one connector and one ID, I see the UAR request is generated. I Can see this request in Request review but without any co-ordinator details.

However, I have run the Update Workflow for UAR request job and tried searching the request in UAR workflow. There is nothing seen. I can see the requests in Request review but they are not reaching UAR workflow.

I have gone through the threads available and couldnt find any details pertaining to my issue.

Note : My GRACUSER table is blank for MANAGER_ID field. I ran the repository sync for the LDAP Connector many times. Some of our users are very old coming from a different org. So, they have userID different from their SSO(created in IDM).

Any help would be highly appreciated as we are nearing the UAR launch and need to fix this on high priority. Thanks in advance.

Hi Swathi,

Then it could be a problem with LDAP setup. Please try LDAP transaction and see if you are getting Manager? check if you have done any mapping. If you still can't find the cause, you can create an incident to analyze further.

Thanks,
Prem

Thanks Prem, Yes through LDAP transaction, I am able to get the supervisor ID and I have mapped the same attribute in Maintain Mapping for Actions and Connector Groups through Manager field. However, this details are not getting stored in GRACUSER table even after I ran repository sync for LDAP connector.

I have raised an SAP Incident yesterday as fixing this issue is very urgent. Thanks for the support.

Hi Swathi,

Can you make sure the manager is populated by running the Full sync for LDAP? Also, check this note.2730149 UAR: Manager column is blank for user having username length more than 12 characters in LDAP system .

Thanks,
Prem

Hi Prem,

Thanks for the reply, I have run full repository sync for LDAP and our manager ID is not more than 12 characters. Is there any other sync job that needs to be run for LDAP sync to SAP?
