UAR: MSMP Workflow to stop role removal in UAR

Hello

I have specific requirement, where when the reviewer receives the UAR request to review, he should be only be able to approve or reject the roles. The remove role option should not work.

I am using standard delivered GRAC_DEFAULT_RESULT under GRAC_USERACCRVW_INITIATOR initiator rule and used standard agent GRAC_DEFAULT_STAGE and GRAC_UAR_REVIEWER as agent.

Hi Junaid.

There isn't a straightforward standard config to disable just the 'remove' action, so I see two options for you to achieve what you want:

1) (With development) You can chance the concerned Web Dynpro object to disable the Remove button and remove this action from the dropdown box.

2) (Without development) You can add a second stage to your UAR workflow so someone can double check reviewer choices and change the action of items set to be removed.
