UAR is not getting generated for users if connector is maintained

As the statement above says, if the Connector is maintained in the UAR generation program as a value, then the UAR is not getting generated for users. This is a risk because in GRC production, we have connectors with development, test and other production systems. If we run UAR without connector name, then the program keeps on running as it is now generating UAR for dev, test and prod systems and eventually crashes because of the huge amount of data. This has started happening after the latest SAP Upgrade.

I will also post the screenshot of the UAR issue :

If i maintain the connector, then the UAR isn't running. I have had very bad experience with the SAP customer care too, they haven't been able to provide any timely solution.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out here.

Hi Kaustav,

Can you check if the user role mapping is there in GRACUSRROLE?

You can create an incident and we can try to help you as soon as we can.

Thanks,

Prem

Hi Prem, yes the role mapping exists in GRACUSRROLE table. In fact, the UAR gets generated when we do not provide the connector name. But this UAR generation is just for one two users because the UAR is generated for Dev, Test and Prod systems. We need the UAR generation of only in scope Prod systems and hence connector name is very important to be provided as a parameter. This is the incident which has been raised - Incidents - SAP ONE Support Launchpad ( 880259 / 2022 ).
