Two user ID's are showing for selecting in GRC after name change

If a user has name change then both their old SAP logon ID and new logon ID are showing for selection in SAP GRC even if the old ID has been overwritten in the Active directory record.

Please suggest.

Hi Rajitha,

Check if old user id is in upper case and new one is in lower case or vice versa. If yes, check the parameter '1022' - '

Connector for which Object Ids may be maintained case sensitiv'

and give the relevant connector Id and recheck . This parameter will ignore the case sensitivity
