Two questions regarding budget data

Hello SAP community!
I have two question to share. 
1. I have heard that since the transition to S/4HANA, budget-related data (entered using the standard CO functionality) is now stored in ACDOCA. Is this correct? If it is incorrect, could you please tell me where it is stored?

2. Could you please tell me which table contains budget-related data and where the surrounding data generally used for budget retrieval is stored?

Did you already look at tables such as BPJA (annual), BPPE (period) and BPGE (overall)

• Actual (04) and Actual statistical (11) data are stored in ACDOCA, AFAIK value types other than ‘04’ and ‘11’ are still stored mostly in original tables
• I would recommend read All you need to know about Universal Journal(ACDOCA) - SAP S/4 HANA (2020) Finance & Controlling : P...  and subsequent parts.
• From your tag, did you activate EA-PS (tables such as FMBDT or FMBDP in S4HANA systems) ?

I haven't checked BPJA, BPPE, or BPGE. Also, is it possible to register any data with SE16N to BPJA, BPPE or BPGE?
