TS01 Securities. Transaction type has processing category that does not support an order

Hello everyone, i need some help, we recently upgraded our S/4 HANA to the release 2021, now im trying to create a security order using TS01 transaction, but i get the following message: "Transaction type has processing category that does not support an order" im checking the configuration related to this under the path SAP Financial Supply Chain Management -> Treasury and Risk Management -> Transaction Manager

i think this can be set under "Define Transaction Types - Securities" there is a field named "Proc. Categor" that specifies the allowed processing categories but no matter what i choose i still get the same message.

This transaction was working fine before the upgrade i don't know where else to look.

if anyone is facing the same problem I got this answer from SAP support:

"Dear Alberto,

There are two technical frameworks which enable the purchase or a security:
the classic framework used in the business suite
the new framework used in S/4 HANA
For the new framework we started without the activity order and thus you receive the error message. May I please ask you to follow
KBA 2967362 - How to submit an enhancement request for On-Premise Products
This will help our development team to understand your requirement in detail and to judge its priority.
For the time being only the classic framework has the activity order. To switch to the classic framework a modification in
class CL_FTR_UI_SWITCH
method DISPATCH_SECURITIES
is required. For example out in the implicit enhancement spot at the beginning of this method
CHECK is_header-sanlf <> '020'. "for nvestment Fund the classic framework is used as the activity order is required.
Then the processing switches to the classic framework.
