TRM Transaction Management - Reverse Cash Flow

Dear All,

Customer has implemented S/4HANA Public Cloud including Treasury Management.

Customer is trying to reverse posted Cash Flow. According to process steps App Manage Financial Transactions in Edit Mode, Cash Flow tab, and then choose Editing Mode -> Reverse. The Reverse option is greyed. 

Please advise how this could be solved and cash flow reversed.
