TRM Exposure Management 2.0 - Release Workflow for Raw Exposures

Dear Experts,

We have set up the exposure management 2.0 and it is working fine on a SAP ERP system (EHP8 for SAP ERP 6.0).

In the next step we would like to implement a workflow for raw exposures with a dual control principle and one release step. After having done the standard customizing the release workflow is initiated, but cannot be released as it is not shown in the business workplace inbox of the release agents.

Also if one these agents tries to release the raw exposure via FTREX2 the message appears "Release process already initiated for raw exposure ID 1489".

Nonetheless my own outbox (initiator) of the business workplace shows an outgoing item. But is shown as error. The log shows as follows:

As we would like to initiate the release of raw exposures automatically after saving, we customized the Exposure Activity Types to "Automatic Release".

Furthermore, in customizing we have made the following settings "Assign Users/Roles to Release Steps":

The rule 80000003 is defined as follows (note: the specs are covering all CoCd, Countries etc.):

The next customizing step "Assign Release Procedure to Release Object"we defined as follows:

The third step "Assign Workflow and Sub-Workflow to Release Procedure" we skipped as we would like to use SAP Standard.
