Transporting new BPC Environment with ENABLE_FIXED_CUBENAME

Can anyone throw light on the 'right way' to transport a new BPC environment from DEV to QA when the ENABLE_FIXED_CUBENAME parameter is set ? I've transported the environment and model parameters from UJ0_PARAM_APP and they are updated in the target system. However, the transport with the detail objects (models etc.) from the new environment fails with the error

ENABLE_FIXED_CUBE of model: XXX are not identical between 2 systems. Failed to import entity Model, ID:XXX

We are on BPC 10.1 (BW/HANA 75)
