Hi Bpc Friends

I need to write a document regarding the policies for transport in BPC for my company.

Where can I find some tips regarding the best practices?

For example if I need to add a new property could I do directly in Production?

If I need to change only a statement in a script logic do I have to follow all the process (DEV, QAS and Prod?)

It's your decision (and your manager)!

To add a property - it's better to transport...

To change script - can be done in production in emergency 🙂

There are no documents and different companies use different approach...

In general BPC is more business owned application! And in some companies it's allowed for key users to perform administration tasks in Production (like dimension property maintenance and script changes). It depends on qualification of finance users and company security rules.
