Transfer Open items from one Fund Center to another Fund center in Former Budgeting

In our company former budgeting is active. During carry forward of Budget from financial year 2017 to 2018, I am facing a problem.

At the time of budget carry forward open items are carry forwarded to another fund center, commitment item instead of desired one.

Let say we have fund center FC1 and Commitment item CI1. Open items in the in 2017 is Rs. 1000. Now I perform FMJ2 for carry forward open items.

I have found instead of carry forward to fund center FC1 and Commitment item CI1, it has been carry forwarded to its superior fund center FC and Commitment item CI.

Now I want to transfer the open items from fund center FC and Commitment item CI to

fund center FC1 and Commitment item CI1.

Please advice how to perform this.

Hi,

With no connection whether you are using Former budgeting or BCS, you can use reassignment tools of PSM-FM accessible via FMCT, FMCN, FMCB transactions. Search this forum for 'reassignment' and you would advance further.
