Transfer all budget has been released in tcode FMBB

Hi expert,

I entered in FC1/ CI1 budget value 1000. Then I released 600, and 400 not released yet.
When I use tcode FMBB to transfer budget in FC1/ CI1 to FC2/ CI2, I only can transfer 400, which budget has not been released.

Is there any way that I can transfer the 600 released budget?
Please help me to resolve that.

Hi,

If you mean to transfer only released budget, as Eli said, it's not possible.

If you mean, transfer inicial budget + released budget, so it's available in FC2/ CI2, the answer is the system allows you to do it through Consistency check (Funds management government => budget control system BCS => Budgeting => control budgeting flow => consistency checks) and defining specific budget document.

No, SAP doesn't support transfer process for the release, according to official documentation.

Indeed, this is correct. Budget type assigned to budget release cannot work with transfer process. I forgot that point.

Hi,

You have to check your settings about which budget type is allowed with which process. If you allow all budget types to be working with transfer, there should not be any issue.

Thanks for your reply,

I have checked my configuration in Public sector Management> Funds Management Government> BCS> Budgeting> Basic setting> Definition of budget Data> Budget Released> Assign Budget Types for Release to Process.

But I can only set 5 process (not include Process transfer) for budget type Released (RL).
Is there any way to add option for budget transfer here, or do I have to configure anything else?
