tracking role based permissions in GRC

Thanks for the blog. We are creating a custom ruleset and we would like to know how we can include the following functions in our ruleset: Which Actions and permissions should we choose in GRC NWBC when creating this functions?

1. Maintain (create, change, delete) Permissions roles
2. Maintain (create, change, delete) Group roles
3. Maintain (create, change, delete) Role based permissions
