Total quantity not considering in IDOC outbound

Hi Team,

Its urgent.

In customs declartion I have line item- which is having total 115 quantity which is a Packing material and in delivery it has packed 100 in one Handling Unit and 15 into diffierent Handling unit. But in GTS it has passed total-115 quanity. But when I am sending message- M09440 through IDOC it's spliting that mean 100 and 15.

Why complete packaging qty not considering the idoc please help ?
