Hi All,

Note: My current authorization is in ME41-ME49 only.

Example:

Vendor 1) (India) gives ex-works price 500$ + P&F Charges: 50$ + 250$ Freight and Insurance

Vendor 2) ( China) gives ex-w price 400$.

Vendor 3) (London) gives 700$ FCA UK.

Now:

Do I need to add all pricing condition types in comparison? How about quality? Do I need to make the comparison price united Ex-works only, or ex-works with p&f.

ME21N is not my role.

If all pricing elements available to enter for RFQ- you too can enter for each vendor to compare else you can enter one common element for each vendor to compare.

Elements are available in our ME47 Entries. But commercial terms are not mentioned in offer.

In the above case (example), it's okay to maintained my comparison as the following:

Vendor 1) from India ( Exw price) Gross Total: 500$

Vendor 2) from China ( Exw ) gross total 400$ ( will make note that items made in China).

Vendor 3) from UK ( FCA ) gross total 700$

I will not enter the inland P&F charges, freight and insurance in my quotations comparison. They effective in PO later after proposing our Vendor.

is this procedure correct in ME47/ME49?

You created RFQ - did you maintained quotation in ME48 to compare price with ME49 for vendors

In ME48- if you have facilities on design to enter pricing elements as condition types such as (Example- PB00 or PBXX)Gross price, P&F charge and Freight and Insurance - you can add as needed for vendor in each case

Dear Sir ji,

My admins said can't add this ME48 to fiori, asking me to work and maintain from ME47 ( It's same functions as they said).

Yes, i can add elements, but some vendors prefer to offer exworks only. and others make other terms in addtion.

do i go with common term for all vendors (exworks) for ME47. Because exworks prices always available.

or do in need no ask each vendor to offer other charges, freight and so so

I think it's better if that effective prices are mainained in PO rathar than RFQ.

Yes, you can add in ME47 as ME48 for display

To compare in ME49, you need to have/ enter similar pricing components for all in ME47
