Ticket for SAP CPQ

Hello,

Could someone explain how to open a ticket for the SAP CPQ support team?

I have been browsing through the Admin guide but couldn't find any hint.

Hello Ioana,

to reach CPQ Support team via ticket, depends on the contract you have.

If your company recently purchased tenants, you should have S-user provided by your admin and access to SAP Launchpad where you can raise customer incident using component CEC-SAL-CPQ.

If your company uses CPQ longer than three years it is possible they are using Sales Cloud Community Portal for raising tickets. You should visit: https://community.calliduscloud.com/csm?id=community_home

I thought there was a possibility to submit a ticket like in Sales Cloud.
