The customs office has not received the cancellation message

Hi Team,

Legal Regulation ATLAS, My customs authority has not received the cancelled customs declartion. Is there anyway to findout or to reprocess that document so that customs authority can get the cancelled customs declartion.

Hi RP,

Both are for same Process if you do "Request for cancellation"

You can use any of two options .

1.M0940 already you would have triggered for sending message to customs and have to repeat the message after adding header text

2.M0930 will appear if you do default data config correctly

Hi RP,

I hope you are cancelling a Declaration that has already been accepted by ATLAS(if it is not registered in ATLAS, no need to send to customs)

As per my understanding

You can do in two ways

Message M0930

1.Configure message M0930/M0935 in temporary activity

2.Do default data config , So that message will appear after cancellation of declaration

3.You must send message M0935 along with header text reason for cancellation

Message M0940

you must repeat the message M0940 and add a header text in the text type comment.

When you execute the message, the system automatically send an idoc with message type /SAPSLL/CUS_EXP_CAN.

In both cases. After you send an electronic message for a cancellation request in a customs declaration, you receive a positive response message from the customs server. This set the status "Canceled"

What is the difference beween these two 1- Request Cancellation and 2- Canel in customs document ? I can see both are inactive.

I hope you already did "Document > Cancel > Request Cancellation" , initiating subsequent message and still facing issue?

• I would like to know which standard message type normally trigger when you send request for cancellation ?
• Is there anyway I can know the cancellation message been received by Customs authority ?
• After cancellation of customs document what is the next process, I mean what kind of message will appear in communication tab, do I need to reprocess any message type after cancellation ?
