The contract view is different for different user in CC

We are facing a issue where one team is able to see the contract will all the charge plane linked in Core toll after replication but other team is only able to see the contract but not the linked charge plan in the core tool. It is same contract, the contract has replicated successfully.

This doesn't look like an expected behavior. Can you open a BCP/OSS ticket for this?

Anyway, are you sure that the users did close and reopen the contract in Core tool after it was modified by CRM? This is most likely the issue you are facing: the objects aren't automatically refreshed in the GUI when they are modified in the database.

Other than this, the issue might be related with the user accounts and their privileges.
Do the two teams have the same types of users, for Core tool? Do they have exactly the same roles? And are these users associated with a particular catalog, or can they access all catalogs?

If you open a ticket, you can take screenshots of the different users and attach them there.

Hi Eric,

Privileges are same for both the user. The replication and updated are happening correctly and hence a group of user are able to see the data correctly. I am raising this as OSS note.
