Template Based Request do no work when a connected system is down

My Template Based Request do no work when any connected system is down, is thier any specific reason behind that.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by template request does not work?share more details about the template request and any error screenshots.

Hi Pranjal,

Your template might have pre-defined roles or systems included to make end user selection of roles easy and if the target system for the roles or systems mentioned in the template is down then GRC will not be able to do provisioning. Hence, the request submission also will be stopped.

If the request is already submitted then after approval the requests will go to escape route due to auto provisioning failure as the system is down.
