Dear Experts,
We have to allocate overheads through Template Allocation with environment 009 (process order) with the base as Order Total Quantity. We have completed the below processes:
1. Created Overhead Key
2. Mapped Overhead Key to the Overhead Group
3. Maintained Overhead Group in Material Masters
4. Created Costing Sheet
5. Created the Template
6. Assigned Template to Costing Sheet, Overhead Group, Plant combination
But while running CK11N for the material, Template is not getting picked.
Kindly advise whether we are missing any configurations.
Thanks in advance!
Regards
Merin

Hi @santhoshabh
Is Template assigned to Overhead Key and Costing sheet ?
Is Overhead Key assigned to Overhead group for relevant valuation area ? And same Overhead group should be assigned to Material master for the relevant Plant.
Please check this and confirm

Hi Vijaykumar,
By creation of a copy template with environment 001 (cost estimate) the issue has been resolved and now the indirect costs are coming in CK11N.
Through mapping of Costing Sheet to Plan and Actual Costing Variant of Process Order, in Order Cost details also indirect costs are properly getting calculated.
Thank you for the response.

Hi,
Template allocation environment for cost calculation is 001.
You need to duplicate your 009 to 001 and update the additional customizing to link this template to the costing sheet.
Material cost estimate, and production order (CO01), use environment 001.
Process orders (COR1) planned cost and actual cost (CPTA/D) use environment 009.
If you try to create a process order with the material and the template is read correctly then the issue is what is stated above.
