Tax rate not maintain in FTXP for tax code but tax will be correctly count.

In my client server the tax rate was not maintained in specific tax code but tax was correctly counted in invoice my task was to check the what exactly the config maintain for that. There was not maintain any ABAP code for that and i also check FV11,VK11,V/06,V/08

Check if the condition line is active in the FTXP or A003 related condition is active in the FK12/12.
