Tag for Line Item Quantity? (or price of attribute that includes its quantity)

So the tags <* QUANTITY(AttributeName)*> and <*GETATVQTY(AttributeName : Value)*> seem to only work in the case where the user enters the attribute quantity in the configuration. We don't use this functionality, and instead, use either a quantity formula (in product attribute setup) or have it inherit qty from the parent or both (in which case, it multiplies the 2). In our case, these tags always return 1, regardless of the quantity listed in the cart for that line item attribute.

The tag <* PRICE (Att)*> does not take qty into account. And the tag <*AttributeValueXPrice(attribute:attribute_value)*> has the same issue as the QUANTITY tags above - it does not apply and acts as if qty is always 1.

Is there a tag for attribute Quantity or attribute Price which involves the actual quantity of the line item as displayed on the cart? I'd be very surprised if there wasn't.
