Plain English: How do you see a firefighter id log's transaction codes used in a table?
Technical: For the SAP GRC table GRACFFREPMAPP (firefighter log ids to action ids e.g. who performed which tcode) field ACTION_ID, which table(s) link this ACTION_ID to its corresponding description (i.e. transaction code text)? (Tables GRFNACTION, GRACACTION did not seem have corresponding entries. Which is the correct table that does?)

Hello Pablo,
there are no direct connection between GRACFFREPMAPP and T-Code description. GRACFFREPMAPP table is connected to GRACACTUSAGE table which stores the executed actions. Then you can connect the Action to GRACACTION and GRACACTIONT table. However it is a loosey connection, and I would suggest to also check GRACACTIONSYST (by using the connector value from GRACACTUSAGE) which contains the connector specific value. In case a transaction has different description in different systems, then this would be a more appropiate source. Please be advised that certain GRC activities are retrieves the description on the fly directly from the plugin.
This only works in case Authorization Sync is executed for the particular plugin system.
Best regards, Mate
