Table FQM_FLOW not updated

Hi all,

I noticed a "special" behaviour for table FQM_FLOW having a PO with more than 1 items.

After saving the invoice for 1 item in the PO, the item does not switch to status deleted in FQM_FLOW table. According to my understanding the status should switch from FQM_FLOW-FLG_ACTUAL to FQM_FLOW-DELETED.

The status only changes when an invoice has been posted for all items. Is this the normal behaviour?

The MM line items should be deleted from FQM_FLOW after the invoice receipt is created it.

Well the problem in our case it, that this does not happen for line items. All line items need invoice receipt or EKPO-EREKZ active to be deleted. We upgraded last week to Release S/4HANA 2023. Before our upgrade we dont had this issue.

Please check if the note 3501295 - Flow builder Plus: PO items are not getting deleted after deletion, can solve your issue. If not, you can create SAP ticket.

Note 3501295 fixed the issue. Took a while to test it because the content of field FQM_FLOW-ORIGIN_DOCUMENT_ID changed and now the PO has the suffix "-PO".
