T code to delete few Commitment items from FM area.

Is there any T code to delete few Commitment items from FM area. OFDE delete entire data from FM area.

Hi,

If you deleted budgetary addresses (in case you had budget structure), you can use LSMW on FMCIA transaction for deletion. That is if you want some massive deletion; it is not clear from your question whether it is actually 'a few' as in 'several', or 'a few' as in 'massive, but exclusive'. Anyway, if it is just about several items, you can delete them via FMCIA manually.

I don't think this is possible on FM is activated. Please see SAP's response here: https://answers.sap.com/questions/8587173/single-fm-area-or-multiple-fm-areas.html

Change the Financial transaction control parameter in the commitment items

Change the fiscal year variant for the FM area

Change the FM area currency

Delete commitment items"

Hi Tammy,

Actually all transaction data's have been deleted from that FM area.

Now we need to delete 10 Commitment items out of 15 in that FM area. Is it feasible?
