How can we refresh the system for SAP Cloud for Real Estate ?

Hi Shamik,

you can unsubscribe SAP Cloud for Real Estate from your SAP Business Technology Platform subaccount. Afterwards, please subscribe SAP Cloud for Real Estate again. This will reset your tenant to the initial setup.

Actually, we need to refresh the C4RE system (SAP Cloud for Real Estate (Public Cloud)) in between our mock cycle in SAP Data Migration. We have a fair idea of how much time is required for the S/4HANA on-premise system, but like you advised, we need to unsubscribe C4RE from SAP BTP, then again subscribe C4RE.

The following queries now become relevant.

1. How much time is required to perform the whole activity ?

2. Can we get all the configuration back when the system is reset? If yes, how ?

Regarding 1: I would suggest that you try it out. But it is in the minutes to unsubscribe and re-subscribe.

Regarding 2: We don't have a functionality to export and import configuration till now.
