i have requirement that in miro footer level business place should automatically pick in header level can we write subsitution for this but im not able to see MM module ggb1 tcode how to proceed help me please

Please consider also the possibility to use BADI. Please, look at SAP Note 1156325 - BAdIs in the Logistics Invoice Verification environment, specially MRM_HEADER_DEFAULT.
