Hi,
I've created a couple of subscriptions this morning and I'm not able to pause them. I'm receiving the following error:
"Sorry, a technical error occurred and the subscription could not be updated. Please try again or contact your technical support. If necessary, create a ticket providing the following ID: b926c0eb-eacd-44a3-6993-4d6706b99cb8."
I'm able to pause older subscriptions. Please, could you take a look?

My colleagues in Product Support have confirmed that the CEC-SAL-SB component is available when creating a ticket via SAP for Me. The documentation in KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1296527 can be referenced about how to report a ticket there.
If, however, you are still not able to report the issue under the required component, please contact our Customer Interaction Center colleagues via the SAP hotline. The hotline numbers are listed in this note: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/560499.

Thank you for the quick answer.
Today the error is not reproducible. Maybe it was something temporal or related with being on 31st July.
BTW. Where should I post the ticket?
As far as I know it would be possible from https://me.sap.com/createIssue but there, I don't find CEC-SAL-SB component anywhere.
