Subscription Billing Transfer of EBDR docs

Hi All

I am trying to transfer EBDR Billing docs from Subscription Billing to S4 getting following error

BDR with preceding document ** has not been created due to item errors. Order type EO01 is not defined.

Pls help

Hi Shalini,

From the error message learned that Order type EO01 is not defined in your S4 system. For SAP Subscription Billing integration with S4HANA OP, a prerequisite is to activate 1MC scope item in your S4HANA system. For more information refer to integration guide.
